We use your signed-in account identity to associate purchases with service access. Creem processes payment information when real payments open. We do not receive card details or send conversation content to the payment provider.

During the checkout preview, a one-hour first-party session cookie helps keep checkout steps together and avoid duplicate counts. We record anonymous product interest, a preferred payment method, download clicks and optional installation reports. We do not record card numbers, IP addresses or conversation content in these statistics. Counts represent browser sessions and self-reports, not verified people or paid orders.

When you use the service, selected messages and conversation metadata pass through the service to your linked computer. The installation skill does not automatically read conversations. Request only information you are authorized to use.

Do not send credentials in messages. You can disconnect the service and request account or message deletion through support. Purchase records may be retained for accounting or disputes.
